Mentoring is a program to support motivated students and young alumni in the process of building a career. Program participants will create an individual career plan and will be able to learn new skills.

Mentors are University alumni and experts from major Russian companies. Participants will have at least three meetings with them and will also maintain contact for two months.

The program operates in two directions: a general track, where the alumni of the University act as mentors, and a partner track, where the experts from large companies are mentors.

Third- and fourth-year bachelor's students, master’s students and alumni of St. Petersburg State University who are starting their career path can take part in the program.
