The GSOM IT Knowledge Hub has been created on the Microsoft Teams platform for bringing together all the relevant information about the possibilities available in the digital educational environment of the Graduate School of Management of St. Petersburg State University (GSOM SPbU).

“We have collected all the insights which can make it easier for colleagues to use them in their work: for example, how to use classrooms for mixed learning and how to connect to an Azure Labs virtual computer lab. We hope that the Knowledge Center will become not just a system for file storage, but also a living interactive environment where professors and staff will share their experience and best practices,” said project curator Anna Trofimtseva.

The Knowledge Center team has three channels: the Microsoft Teams channel, which reveals platform interaction issues; the Azure Labs contains information about working with virtual machines; and the General platform which contains information about the Knowledge Center, news on the GSOM digital educational environment, software catalog and Support Service contacts. Over time, the channels will be supplemented with information about other information systems and technologies used in the Business School.
