The Graduate School of Management of St. Petersburg State University (GSOM SPbSU) together with Gazprom launched a pilot program of in-service training on Management Essentials: A Practical School of Management for young managers of the head office in St. Petersburg.
The program will help participants to reach a new level of managerial decision-making and form a highly effective team of like-minded people. During the program, the Business School lecturers and expert-representatives of large Russian companies will show the general algorithm and approaches to managing different types of specialists, taking into account the characteristics of their personality and behavior, will give an idea of modern technologies for setting goals and monitoring their implementation, and will teach how to motivate and involve employees.
The program Management Essentials: A Practical School of Management will bring together 30 promising young leaders from different areas — strategy, production, finance, procurement, law, personnel management and others. From November 20 to February 26, 2021, webinars, project work in teams, the opportunity to communicate with GSOM SPbU professors and business experts will be held. The program consists of seven academic modules, upon completion of which the participants will have to pass an exam and defend their projects.
