On January 27, the Graduate School of Management of St. Petersburg State University (GSOM SPbU) hosted a lecture New business models of the Severgroup by Alexander Kolobov, Director for Business System Development, for students of the MBA-Challenges of the Digital World program.
The main focus of the lecture was on approaches to creating additional value for the clients of the companies that make up Severgroup, through the development of static and dynamic ecosystems, as well as digital platforms.
Among the new business models of the company:
● The creation of a B2C platform uniting the products of various Severgroup companies;
● an online platform uniting the production facilities of thousands of enterprises in the machine-building complex;
● a marketplace platform for low-value purchases, allowing for competition and efficiency in the procurement process;
● launching corporate startups within the TUI company, based on the principles of self-management, that is, the startups will be managed by the company's own employees.
