Maria Dorokhina, Director of the Coaching Center at the Graduate School of Management, St. Petersburg State University (GSOM SPbU), held a webinar for VTB Bank employees as part of the Bank's Innovation Coaching program.

“It is believed that the internal censor is one of the main barriers to creative thinking. He, in the literal sense of the word, intimidates and does not allow people to achieve what they want. This can impair analytical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving ability. Despite the fact that self-diagnosis, of course, has its natural limitations, nevertheless the knowledge and implementation of certain skills and the use of simple tools allow us to learn to notice the moments when "control is lost", to quickly get out of the stupor and reduce the impact of the internal censor on life", — said Maria Dorokhina, Director of the Coaching Center.

The Innovation Coaching program of VTB Bank received high marks from employees and recognition in the professional environment, having won the Leadership Coaching Awards 2020. The activities of the GSOM SPbU Coaching Center are aimed at increasing the overall efficiency of work in vocational guidance of students, preparing them for employment and building a professional career.
