Olga Dergunova, Deputy President and Chairman of the Management Board of VTB Bank, Director of the Graduate School of Management of St. Petersburg University (GSOM SPbU), will speak at the opening ceremony of the Ring the Bell for Gender Equality Ceremony on the Moscow Exchange. The focus is on women's leadership, a traditional topic of academic interest for researchers at the Business School, which consistently adheres to the principle of gender balance and equality in its work. The event will take place on March 10 at 10:00 (Moscow time).

The Moscow Exchange opened the trading day for the first time by striking a bell — a ceremony dedicated to increasing transparency in gender policies and practices, empowering women — in March 2018. These events are annually attended by female  business leaders. Thus the Moscow Exchange joins the global stock exchange around the world to Ring the Bell for Gender Equality.

Ring the Bell for Gender Equality is organizing a partnership that includes the United Nations Global Compact, the International Finance Corporation (IFC), the SSE initiative, and the United Nations Entity for Gender Equality (UNWomen).
