From April 1 to April 3, 2021, students of the Graduate School of Management of St. Petersburg University (GSOM SPbU), with the support of the administration and the GSOM Advisory Board will hold an annual conference "Management of the Future". The best students from Russia and abroad will meet with the leaders of leading Russian companies in a remote format and discuss the trends in the transformation and development of enterprises in the new business era.

 

In 2020, due to the pandemic, the conference was canceled. Therefore, this year the event will be held in an online format and will bring together not 100, but 200 Russian-speaking students who have passed three stages of selection.

 

The key issues of the conference this year are inextricably linked to the events of the past year, the consequences of which create both new challenges and opportunities for development. During three days, conference participants will attend lectures, workshops, open interviews and case championships from partners.

 

Some of the events will be available to everyone on Vkontakte. Among the speakers there are top managers of VTB Bank, Sibur, MegaFon, Severstal, Gazprom Neft, Mail.ru, Okko, Skillbox and others.

 

Also as part of the conference, a closed HR discussion will be held, which will bring together representatives of HR departments of leading Russian companies to exchange experience in innovative practices and discuss current trends in the field of human resource management.
