“We sincerely believe in the huge potential of young people and want to help them realize it, so we continue to invest in the development of educational programs and to attract competent external speakers and partners. It is important for us that only strong courses come out under the Youth Empowered - Your Way to Success brand. Cooperation with the Graduate School of Management of St. Petersburg University — the # 1 business school in Russia — is very valuable for us. The experience of its experts will help students develop entrepreneurial skills that will be useful both for those who want to start their own business and for those who would like to work in large companies,” commented Irina Arkhipova, Director Public Affairs & Communication, Coca-Cola HBC Russia.
The authors of the Entrepreneurial Skills program are professors of GSOM SPbU, as well as entrepreneurs — alumni of the Graduate School of Management, who act as mentors during the course.
“We offer the Entrepreneurial Skills program as a premium program, it is offered only to those who have mastered one of the programs existing on the platform: Business Skills or Social Skills,” said Anastasia Laskovaya, Academic Director of the Entrepreneurial Skillsprogram at GSOM SPbU. — "Our program contains applied and relevant information on how an aspiring entrepreneur can create his or her own business: from coming up with an idea to preparing for a pitch in front of an investor. Information is presented in the most concentrated doses and convenient formats, such as video podcasts with experts, storytelling with heroes, automatic knowledge testing and links to useful materials. Based on the results of the training program, it will be possible to save ready-made checklists, which will be useful when they will be creating startups in the future. Also it should be mentioned that the language of presentation differs from the usual academic format of knowledge presentation adopted at GSOM SPbU. The audience of the Youth Empowered platform consists of young people who are difficult to interest in information presented in a purely academic format. Therefore, we present information in a positive way and feel free to show a sense of humor. "
