Dmitry Merkulov, Executive MBA alumnus of the Graduate School of Management of St. Petersburg University (GSOM SPbU), took the position of Deputy General Director of RZDStroy for Organizational Development and Personnel Management.

Prior to this appointment, Dmitry Merkulov worked as Deputy Head of the Personnel Management Service of the Central Directorate of Infrastructure of Russian Railways, where he carried out a unified corporate policy in the field of personnel management, selection and placement of management personnel of the Central Directorate, taking into account their professional level and practical work experience. In his new position, Dmitry Merkulov will be responsible for providing the company with personnel and developing a human capital management system for the implementation of large-scale construction projects.
