Svetlana Maslova, Head of the Center for Public-Private Partnership Studies at the Graduate School of Management of St. Petersburg University (GSOM SPbU), made a presentation on the specifics of regulating cross-border relations in the field of public-private partnerships at the Annual meeting of the Russian Association of International Law.
The speaker presented the rationale for the de facto emerging "hybrid" form of regulation of cross-border relations in the field of PPPs through multi-system international and national norms of state and non-state origin, highlighted the main provisions of international treaties and domestic legislation on PPPs, revealed the concept and content of new definitions developed — international PPP standards and lex PPPs.
The 64th Annual Meeting of the Russian Association of International Law on the topic: "International law is the basis of a just world order in an era of turbulence and change" was held on June 28-29, 2021 at the Institute of State and Law of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
