The executive education program “Leaders of the Future: Young Talents” for Rosneft was launched at GSOM SPbU. The program was attended by 40 people from 14 regions — young employees included in the personnel reserve of the company.
The training program is aimed at the education and development of young professionals within the company. It aims to increase personal effectiveness, identify and develop managerial competencies, and develop skills for solving managerial problems. The program is designed and implemented with the participation of the NOVA School of Business and Economics at the University of Lisbon, Portugal.
Senior project topics included having a psychologist on staff, improving interaction between subsidiaries of the Company and universities, rating staff career development systems and ensuring a transparent promotion process, preventing high staff turnover, and the application of virtualization technology in staff training, etc.
Among the topics of the program were effective communication, the psychology of success, leadership and innovation in sustainable development, economics for managers, the emotional competence of leaders under uncertain conditions, tackling management challenges, personal efficiency development, management by objectives, trends and the challenges of digital transformation.
The Academic Directors of the program is Olga Verkhovskaya. Vassily Dermanov, Oksana Ezerskaya, Oksana Pikuleva, Maxim Arzumanyan, Andrey Zamulin, Anastasia Chanko, Andrey Kolesnikov, Miguel Pino e Cunha acted as lecturers of the program.
