Anna Maeva, Advisor at VTB Bank, member of the Project Office of the Graduate School of Management of St. Petersburg University (GSOM SPbU) took part in a seminar for heads of educational organizations implementing a project for the pre-university training of students in Rosneft classes.
The event was organized by the Personnel Assessment and Training Department of the HR Department of Rosneft. The seminar was held at the Institute of Executive Education programs International Financial Center, the teachers were leading researchers from the most authoritative universities in Moscow, St. Petersburg and Tomsk.
The seminar was held as part of the project on early profiling and pre-profile training in the corporate system of continuous education of Rosneft: “School - University – Enterprise”. Among the tasks were:
• acquaintance with current trends and innovations in the field of specialized education;
• presentation of the concept of early profiling and pre-profile training in schools, partners of Rosneft;
• conducting executive education courses Development of the educational system of the school in the context of the profiling of education.
Anna Maeva described the results of the event as follows: “Cooperation between GSOM SPbU and trustee companies in the field of vocational guidance and the training of high school students is one of the most promising areas of interaction with the pre-university audience. The presentation of innovative teaching concepts used at GSOM SPbU allowed school principals to gain an in-depth understanding of the possibilities of cooperation with the university for the next academic year. In turn, the GSOM SPbU team,by working with prospective applicants, was able to get acquainted with the educational and developmental needs of high school students."
The seminar, in accordance with today's requirements, took place online. Thus, executive education courses were held in the form of interactive lectures. Also, tests were conducted for the participants. An overview of pre-profile training was presented at round tables. What is more, there was a video presentation of the best practices of early profiling in educational institutions in the country.
