On August 9, 2021, the Graduate School of Management of St. Petersburg University (GSOM SPbU) launched a three-month program "Management Essentials: A Practical School of Management". 25 employees of Lanit Group of Companies will participate in it.

The program will take place entirely online, on the Moodle learning platform. The Academic Director of the program is Elena Zavyalova, Professor, Head of the Department of Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management at GSOM SPbU, other lecturers are representatives of the Business School and practical experts.

Management Essentials is a program for those who want to:

• become a real leader for their team;
• better understand employees and effectively manage their teamwork;
• achieve high results with an engaged and motivated team;
• constantly grow and develop as a professional and manager.

The program consists of 8 modules and includes video lectures and expert advice, reading materials, practical homework assignments, online tests, and webinars following the results of each module. An important element of it is project work, in which students in teams solve cases from their practice on the topics of the course.

Employees of Lanit Group of Companies with existing management experience of various durations who want to systematize their experience, acquire additional skills and learn how to use new team management tools will take part in the program.

The training will end with the defense of projects. The academic commission will include GSOM SPbU experts and representatives of the Lanit Group of Companies. Successfully defended projects can be implemented in the company.
