Vitaly Litke, a student of the MBA — Challenges of the Digital World program, Graduate School of Management of St. Petersburg University (GSOM SPbU), was appointed to the position of Deputy Head of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Chelyabinsk Region.

Previously, Litke headed the Chelyabinsk Radio Technical School for five years. The resolution of the region's governor, Alexey Teksler, was published on the legal information portal of the Chelyabinsk region.
