“During short period of time corporate volunteering has become an important form of business participation in achieving the UN Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs). By creating value for society, companies and volunteers themselves, it becomes the growth point of “stakeholder capitalism”, the need for which has been discussed for so long. Companies today face a difficult task of integrating volunteering into their corporate sustainability strategy”.
Yury Blagov, Director of the GSOM SPbU PwC Center for CSR
The conference will include a business breakfast, discussions and workshops dedicated to the implementation of corporate volunteering programs and the design of further work on the development of intellectual volunteering, the launch of online volunteer initiatives for company employees.
Corporate Volunteering Conference is a traditional event and a professional platform for discussing this topic in the Northwestern Federal District. It is organized by the Association of Managers, the National Council for Corporate Volunteering in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region, as well as the Committee for Youth Policy and Interaction with Public Organizations of the St. Petersburg Administration.
