On September 22-24, 2021, the Graduate School of Management of St. Petersburg University (GSOM SPbU) held a series of webinars for the employees of LUKOIL Engineering.
The program included three blocks: "Management by Objectives", "Team Management" and "Digital Leadership". Among the trainees there were 29 leading specialists and heads of departments of LUKOIL Engineering who are taking part in the corporate project "Double-2021".
The webinars were hosted by invited professors of the Business School - Oksana Ezerskaya, Candidate of Economic Sciences and Oksana Pikuleva, Doctor of Psychology.
The group was particularly interested in the topics of team management and digital leadership. The participants examined the main functions and directions of goal-setting in organizations, considered methods of managing teams in theory and practice, discussed various types of conflicts, as well as methods of creating their own highly effective team.
The Center for Corporate Executive Education Programs for Heads of GSOM SPbU has existed since 2003. For 18 years, programs for professional retraining and advanced training of managers of Russian and international companies have been created. Since 2015, the Business School has implemented 80 corporate programs, of which more than 2,300 people have participated. Among the listeners are employees of Russian Railways, VTB Bank (PJSC), PJSC NK Rosneft, PJSC Rosseti Lenenergo, PJSC Gazprom, CF Sistema, JSC RUSNANO and others.
