On November 8, at Graduate School of Management, Saint Petersburg University (GSOM SPbU) an online executive education School of Manager program was launched. It was developed specially for the Rosneft company.
33 CEOs` Deputies of subsidiary companies and Departments` Directors have started their studies.
The program will last until the 10th of December and it will consist of 3 modules: Leader`s competences, Effective company in the modern world and Strategic decision making. Listeners will learn about effective communication, time-management and key principles of managing the team during the first module. The study process is organized on the basis of Moodle educational platform.
Professors of Business school and invited experts are involved in this program: Andrey Zamulin, Olga Verkhovskaya, Maksim Arzumanyan, Alexander Apollonov, Andrey Kolesnikov, Anastasia Tsymbal and Alexander Ozharovsky.
The School of Manager program pays special attention to effective communication, creation and modification of organisational infrastructure and also principles of management decision in the circumstances of the volatile environment.

The office of GSOM SPbU executive education programs has been working since 2003. For 18 years there have been different programs of professional requalification and development which focused on Heads of Russian and International companies. At total 80 corporate programs engaging 2300 people as participants of programs were realized. Among listeners there are employees of Russian Railways, VTB Bank, Rosneft, Rosset Lenergo, Gazprom, BF System, RUSNANO and others. |
