On November 25, 2020, the Graduate School of Management of St. Petersburg State University (GSOM SPbU) launched a pilot program Coaching for Leaders for students and graduates of the MBA and Executive MBA programs.

 

The program was initiated by the GSOM SPbU Coaching Center and the ICF Russia Chapter in St. Petersburg. It includes an introductory webinar and three one-to-one sessions with PCC and MCC ICF level experts.

 

The events will help participants achieve personal and professional goals, to deal with uncertainty and instability in various business sectors.

 

The webinar with training elements will be held by Olga Parfenova, Head of the International Coaching Federation in St. Petersburg, with the participation of the Scientific Director of the Coaching Center, GSOM SPbU lecture Andrey Zamulin and Director of the Coaching Center of the Business School Maria Dorokhina.
