The Graduate School of Management of St. Petersburg University (GSOM SPbU) won the SMART Pyramid Award 2021 in the Best Business School of the Year and Best Online Learning Program categories.

GSOM SPbU took second place in the Best Business School of the Year nomination, which has been awarded since 2020. Its appearance is dictated by the transformation in approaches to training, collaboration with corporations and the development of new products. First place was taken by the Moscow School of Management Skolkovo.

Management Essentials: A Practical School of Management took third place in Best Online Learning Program nomination. This educational course at GSOM SPbU is aimed at developing the managerial skills of leaders at any stage of their careers. Successful top managers of large Russian and international companies - MTS, Tele2, VTB Bank, The Boston Consulting Group share their experience with the audience. The second place in the nomination was taken by the Moscow School of Management Skolkovo, the first — by Gazprombank.

The SMART Pyramid Award was founded in 2019 by the organizing committee of the HR Directors Summit. This year the prize was awarded in 12 nominations. Products, projects and specialists from Sberbank, Deloitte Academy, DOM.RF and others were named the winners.
