The Graduate School of Management of St. Petersburg University (GSOM SPbU), with the support of the GSOM Advisory Board, is holding the 10th "Management of the Future" conference.

For ten years the event has been established as an "elite labor exchange". This year, the conference will be held on April 7-9 in full-time format (with valid QR codes) and will bring together 100 Russian-speaking students who have passed three stages of selection — registration, testing and video interviews. Registration is open until January 24 (additional details available in Russian only).

The main theme of the 2022 conference is “Growth Impulse”. Among the speakers are top managers of VTB Bank, Sibur, MegaFon, Severstal, Gazprom Neft, Mail.ru, Okko, Skillbox and others. During three days, participants will attend lectures, workshops, open interviews and case championships from partners. Students will be able both get acquainted with the experience of leading companies, and receive job offers.

Among the participants in 2021 there are 44 universities from 19 cities of Russia and eight countries of the world — Russia, Austria, Belgium, Great Britain, Hungary, Germany, USA, Uzbekistan. Students master educational programs in various areas — economics and finance, management, exact, natural and humanitarian sciences, IT.
