On May 23, 2022, the third set of the retraining program "Leaders of the Future: Operational Efficiency" for Rosneft, the world's largest public oil company, began training at the Graduate School of Management St Petersburg University.

The program is attended by 26 Rosneft employees from 10 regions of the company from Khabarovsk Krai to Moscow.

The program consists of five educational modules and will finish with the defense of group business projects in November 2022.
