Evgeny Yu. Blagov, Assistant Professor, Information Technologies in Management Department of GSOM SPbU has joined a working group of the NTI (National Technology Initiative) 2.0 Foresight in the EduNet market, in the area of Creation, personalization, envelopment and technological development of the educational content for all ages, including shifting focus to the development of personal competencies. The Foresight NTI is conducted by the Agency of Strategic Initiatives (ASI), “NTI Platform” and “University 20.35”, which are all autonomous non-profit organizations, along with the Russian Venture Corporation (RVC).  

The Foresight NTI, which will last for three months, will contain the analysis of societal, technological and market trends in education industry and market, that will result in the development of recommendations both for state and municipal authorities for developing normative action favouring the market, and for Russian educational institutions and technological companies, planning to achieve leading positions on world educational markets in the nearest decades.
