The students of the Executive MBA program took the “Strategic Marketing” course as part of an on-site training module at the Sberbank Corporate University in Moscow.
The visit to SberUniversity took place from September 18 to 21. A total of 8 expert practitioners shared their cutting-edge knowledge and insight into current marketing trends with program participants.
Thus, Tatyana Zvereva, Director of Corporate communications and Public relations at SAP, as well as Dmitry Sidorin, founder and CEO of Sidorin Lab, spoke about the importance of reputation and methods of its management. Managing partner of the consulting agency Paper Planes Ilya Balakhnin answered the question what data marketing is based on. The speech by Roman Kananykhin, Director of Customer Experience at VK Group, was dedicated to the creation of innovations and the development of customer centricity in the company. Also, the founder of USABILITYLAB, Dmitry Satin, inspired and shared his expertise.
In addition to the educational part, SberUniversity provided opportunities for networking: a guitar evening around the fire, an intellectual quiz and a badminton championship were organized for listeners.
