The Graduate School of Management of St. Petersburg State University was awarded the Grand Prix of the HR Award “Crystal Pyramid - 2023” for the achievements in personnel management and human capital development.

The award disseminates annually the best practice in managing companies and people, as well as rewarding organizations that implement advanced methods and technologies in the field of HR.

 GSOM SPbU was awarded the Grand Prix in the category “Corporate Training of the Year - 2023”, category “organizations providing educational services”.

 The award ceremony for achievements in the field of personnel management and human capital development “Crystal Pyramid - 2023” took place at the XXIV Summit of HR Directors of Russia and the CIS.

 Since 2011, the winners of the Crystal Pyramid award have been the best HR managers, authors of HR projects, consultants and organizations providing training and professional development services for personnel that make a significant contribution to the development of HR management in Russia and the CIS. The award has been awarded by the Organizing Committee of the HR Directors Summit since 2011 in collaboration with a competent jury, which includes TOP HR managers of large companies.
