27 employees from 9 regions took part in the program — from the Krasnodar Territory to the Irkutsk Region.

Program participants completed training consisting of five modules, which included face-to-face lectures and independent work between modules. As part of the last training module, a business simulation game “Picasso” took place – a creative project where students were able to put into practice the acquired team-building skills and jointly recreate one of the famous paintings of the famous artist.

The final certification commission was presented with 5 projects with current problems for the company and methods for solving them. Project topics relate to different areas and address the problems of scientific transformation of certain areas of the Company, optimization of costs and timing of field development, and development of electric charging infrastructure.

 

All projects were rated with the highest score by the certification commission.
