On February 16, 2022, a new group of the Executive MBA program started studying at the Graduate School of Management of St. Petersburg University (GSOM SPbU). 25 listeners are top managers and business owners.

“This year we have a unique team of students: for the first time in the history of the program, the group has an equal gender composition — this is a good indicator of the development of women's leadership in Russia. Another difference is that more than half of the participants represent large businesses in St. Petersburg, the Leningrad Region and the regions of the country. We are glad that students choose our Business School; it means that our goals and mission are consonant: we create knowledge, develop leaders and change the world for the better,” said Leonid Vasiliev, Director of the Directorate for Additional Professional Education Programs.

The average managerial experience of students is 11.7 years in wholesale trade, industry, pharmaceuticals, medicine, IT, construction, transport, science and innovation.

The duration of the Executive MBA program is 2 years. During this time, students will study 14 compulsory disciplines, take part in trainings and business simulations. The program includes modules at Bocconi University (Italy) and SberUniversity. Training will complete with two final projects.
