General Information |
The Fourteenth International Conference on Game Theory and Management, a three day conference, will be held in St. Petersburg, Russia in June 24-26, 2020.
Participants will have an opportunity to attend the presentations on a wide range of game-theoretic models, both theory and applications including management applications.

Publications
Abstracts’ volume will be available to registered participants at the beginning of the conference. After the conference, the participants will have an opportunity to submit their papers for publication in a refereed special volume “Contributions on Game Theory and Management”, vol. XIV.

Submissions |
Submissions of the abstract (not exceeding 1 page) are to be made on-line through conference website.
The decision concerning the acceptance of a presentation will be made on the basis of the extended abstract submission.

Conference Location |
The conference and plenary lectures will be held at St. Petersburg in the buildings of Graduate School of Management and nearby buildings of St. Petersburg State University (the nearest metro station is "Sportivnaya"):
1— St. Petersburg State University (Universitetskaya Emb., 7) 2 — Graduate School of Management (Volkhovsky Pereulok, 3)
How to get to Conference venue:
- From Sportivnaya metro station: exit to Makarov embankment, Sredniy pr. and Kadetskaya lin., go along the Makarov embankment up to Volkhovsky per. (see the map above)
- From Nevsky prospect / Gostinniy dvor metro station: bus 1, 7, trolleybus 1, 10 up to Universitetskaya embankment (stop "University"). Go along Mendeleevskaya linea crossing the square of Academic Sakharov, then along Birzhevaya linea go to Volkhovsky per.

The registration fee is non-refundable and could be paid via wire transfer. The bank details will be available later. The deadline for payment is May 20, 2020.
The registration fees are as following:

The fees include participation in the conference, tutorials, coffee breaks, lunches, welcome party, conference dinner, the abstract volume, collected articles “Contributions to Game Theory and Management”, vol. XIII.

Location |
The conference will be held in St. Petersburg at the premises of the Graduate School of Management SPbU and St. Petersburg University. The buildings are located within walking distance from historical city-center, and can be easily reached by public transport. More information is available on the conference web-page.

Visa Information |
When entering Russia, all foreign citizens must have valid visa. There are two ways to obtain it depending on the citizenship:
E-visa
Please note that starting from October 1, 2019, nationals of 53 foreign States may be granted an electronic visa to visit St.Petersburg and Leningrad region. Please check if your country is in the list here https://electronic-visa.kdmid.ru/spb_country_en.html
If your citizenship allows you to apply for an e-visa you don’t need any invitations or confirmations. Just correctly fill in the application according to your passport information and the purpose of your visit on the official website https://electronic-visa.kdmid.ru/spb_home_en.html
Please read carefully all instructions on the website and pay special attention to e-visa validity period and the list of checkpoints where you can cross the border with this kind of visa.
Non-electronic Visa
If your country is not listed at the link above to apply for a Russian visa you will need an invitation letter.
St. Petersburg State University provides the visa support to its guests and supplies them with the official invitation letters.
The processing of an official invitation letter takes up to 4 – 6 weeks. In case you need an invitation to apply for a visa, please contact us as soon as you get confirmation of acceptance to receive an invitation letter in time.
All details about the visa application process should be obtained from Russian Embassies / Consulates in respective countries of residence prior to applying (find its location in your country here). Please note that in some countries Russian Embassies / Consulates will require HIV test and original invitation letter to process the visa.
The invitations needed to obtain Russian visas will be sent to conference participants, based on the personal information submitted to game@gsom.spbu.ru:
- Сopy of your passport main page (showing full name, date and place of birth, citizenship, passport number, date of issue, expiration date, state and city of residence);
- Specify if you have ever changed your name or surname, if yes indicate previous ones;
- Indicate country and city of birth. Add the name of the country, even if it is not specified in your passport;
- Specify whether you live in a country other than your current nationality, if yes, please also send the copy of your residence permit;
- Current place of work/study name and address of the organization including the postal code, current position;
- Address of your expected accommodation;
- Specify a city of your nearest Consulate or Embassy of Russian Federation where you will apply for visa.
- Planned dates of entry and departure.
Please submit this information in good time and at the latest May 10, 2020.
We recommend you to contact the Russian Embassy or Consulate in your country before apply to confirm which documents are needed. Your passport has to contain at least two empty pages, preferably next to each other and to be valid at least for six months from the estimated day of your arrival to Russia.
