General Information

 

The Eighteenth International Conference on Game Theory and Management (GTM2025), a three-day conference, will be held in Saint Petersburg, Russia on July 2–4, 2025.

Participants will have the opportunity to attend presentations on a wide range of game-theoretic models, both theory and applications, including management applications.

The conference is organized by Saint Petersburg State University (Graduate School of Management, Faculty of Applied Mathematics and Control Processes), the International Society of Dynamic Games (Russian Chapter) and will be held in person.

Submissions

 

Abstract submission

Abstracts (no more than one page) should be submitted online. Abstract submission details will be published at a later date.

 

Paper submission

After the conference, the participants will have the opportunity to submit their papers for publication in Contributions on Game Theory and Management, vol. XVIII. Papers should be prepared according to the instructions found at https://gametheory.spbu.ru/about/submissions and submitted by email to gtmpapers@gsom.spbu.ru.

 

The decision regarding the acceptance of a presentation will be made based on the abstract submitted for consideration.

 

Important dates

• Abstracts and invited session submission: March 1, 2025
• Notification of acceptance: March 15, 2025
• Early registration: May 15, 2025
• Conference dates: July 2–4, 2025
• Papers submission: September 15, 2025

 

Registration fees

Authors of accepted abstracts must register for the conference by completing the registration form and paying the registration fee. To be included in the conference program, at least one author of accepted abstracts must register by May 15, 2025. Payment details will be provided at a later date.

 

The registration fees are as follow:

Regular	300 €
Student	150 €
Accompanying person	200 €

Extra bank charges must be paid by the participant.

 

The registration fee includes access to talks, coffee breaks, lunches, welcome party, and conference dinner.

 

Location

The conference will be held in Saint Petersburg at the premises of the Graduate School of Management of Saint Petersburg State University. The buildings are located within walking distance of the historical city center and are easily accessible via public transportation.
