At 8-th July 2016 during Japan-Russia youth exchange programme, in Osaka University (Japan) was held a round table "The transport system of St. Petersburg and Osaka".

 

The report «Transport system and PPP projects in Saint Petersburg» was made by master student of Graduate School of Management Victor Eremin. In his report, he outlined the main trends in the development of the St.Petersburg transport system, as well as successful experience of public-private partnership in the implementation of major projects and made a presentation of examples such as  «Western High Speed Diameter» and the airport "Pulkovo".

 

In addition, in the second part of the report, Victor presented activities of the laboratory "Center for Public-Private Partnership Studies" and the achievements of the center in cooperation with UNECE. Also was presented a tutorial "Public Private Partnership", which was written by the Head of the Department of Public and municipal administration Maksim Sokolov. A copy of this tutorial was given as a present to the Osaka University Library and will be placed in the department of gift editions.
