On November 15, 20 executives of OJSC "Tomskneft" Eastern Oil Company, subsidiary of PJSC "NC "Rosneft" and PJSC "Gazprom Neft", the largest oil and gas company in Tomsk region, started their education in program "Operations Management".

 

 

The program was developed with the purpose of formation and development of professional and managerial skills of Executives in the field of operations management. The program takes into account the strategic objectives of "Tomskneft" in the development of operational management and management training.

 

 

 

Corporate program consists of three modules, aimed at creating a system of knowledge on strategic and operational management, logistics and supply chain management, financial accounting and human resources management. During the program, students will train team’s management skills and leadership in the format of the training session.

 

It is expected that the program will run until the end of February 2017 and after passing the final certification students will receive a certificate of advanced training.

 

The first educational module took place on 15 and 16 November 2016 in Strezhevoy town of Tomsk region in the training center of the customer. The first module of the program "Operational Excellence: from resources to the creation of value" was taught by Vassily K. Dermanov, Associate Professor of Strategic and International Management.

 

The program "Operations Management" was a logical result of study General Director of OJSC "Tomskneft" in 2015 on the training program "University of General Director" for PJSC "NC" Rosneft", whose aim was to create a unified culture of effective operational management of the company and improvement of  management efficiency.
