On the 11th of January, in furtherance of the cooperation between PAO Severstal and St.Petersburg University, Yury E. Blagov, Director of the PwC Center for CSR, took part in the Sustainability workshop of the World Steel Association as an invited expert. This workshop was devoted to the steel sector response to the global megatrends and broader sustainability agenda. It was held in London and brought together participants from the leading companies and international expert community.

 

World steel association represents over 160 steel producers (including 9 of the world's 10 largest steel companies), national and regional steel industry associations, and steel research institutes. The association members represent around 85% of world steel production.
