The last day of summer became the first day at GSOM SPbU for 200 new students. August 31, 2017, the ceremony of dedication to students for the programs "Management" was held.

 

 

In the main hall of the Twelve Colleges building students were welcomed by representatives of the administration, teachers, and corporate partners of GSOM SPbU.

 

Director of the Institute "Graduate School of Management" SPbU Andrey L. Kostin said welcome words to the first-year students in the video message. In his speech, Andrei L. Kostin noted that in recent years GSOM SPbU students has the highest average USE score among profile universities.

 

"The school is judged by her students. Today you are proud of have become GSOM SPbU students, but I hope that in some years you will do everything possible so that GSOM SPbU can be proud of you in the future", A. Kostin wished in his speech.

 

 

Then Konstantin V. Krotov, Head of School, Vitaly V. Mishuchkov, Director of Bachelor's and Master's programs of GSOM SPbU, and Alexandra Rogozhina, Head of Alumni Relations Department said welcoming speeches.

 

Yuri V. Fedotov, Associate Professor of Operational Management, presented the welcome words on behalf of GSOM SPbU faculty. Vadim Merkulov, Director of Business Development on the Mass Market of the North-West Branch of PJSC Megafon told about the close cooperation between GSOM SPbU and corporate partners.

 

The ceremony continued with a university-wide dedication to students of St. Petersburg University on Sakharov Square.
