Among 35 people who participate in the training there are business owners and executives of the high-technology, construction, manufacturing and IT companies, financial organizations, restaurant chain and advertising agencies.
The third module of the program was devoted to one of the most discussed topics in Russia - technology transfer and product management. According to Olga Verkhovskaya, associate professor of the Department of Strategic and International Management at GSOM SPbSU and the course instructor, during the training participants tested the viability of their ideas. To do this, they were offered a set of interrelated instruments that helped them in moving from the business model to the road map.
The further use of technology transfer tools will enable the transfer of research and development results to create real products and services valuable to customers and profitable for companies. In its turn, the effective use of product management tools will allow companies to deliver the right product to the market at the right time. |
"I want to express my deep gratitude to the creators and organizers of this training program for the modern strategic approach to business process modeling, through which the cycle from an abstract idea to the development of a specific roadmap for the development, promotion and implementation of products is reduced to a few hours. Course trainers Tatjana Samsonowa and Sebastian Denef have the ability to turn the complexity of business processes into an easy-to-understand sequence of actions, so creating business models, testing them, and developing minimally viable products (MVPs) becomes realistic and feasible. The simplicity and usefulness of this technique makes it possible to apply it for such innovative and breakthrough projects as our E-Veche project, and for those already operating in real-world production conditions. I emphasize that our team immediately after the module applied this model to our existing construction company for the creation of hazardous production facilities, which opened up new prospects for development and growth points for us and pointed out the mistakes and weaknesses"

During the educational project, the participants will participate in six training modules on three thematic blocks: Technology, Design and Business. As a result of the course, the participants will complete a project to create a new product / service or to improve an existing product / service within their companies.
To support the work of mixed teams, OWN.space, the cloud platform, was adapted. This platform allows creating virtual workspaces, where team members, together with virtual agents based on artificial intelligence technologies, can perform tasks for their projects.
The next module dedicated to Internet of Things will be held on December 7-9.
