The annual conference of North American Case Research Association was held on October 19-21, 2017. This organization unites about 500 researchers, authors and teachers of business disciplines supporting joint projects in the field of business research.

Professor Vitally I. Cherenkov presented the full-fledged case "Kesko On The Way Of Retaining from Its Markets In Russia", as well as the draft of the new case (Research-in-Progress) "The Saint Tikhon Women's Nunnery after Two Fires: Can Marketing Methods Attract Support from Donors?", developed in co-authorship with Igor V. Gladkikh (Associate Professor, Marketing Department).

NACRA conferences attract many leading researchers, case developers from around the world. Researchers of business areas within the framework of the conference jointly identify trends in the development of various business cultures, develop and present cases, and also provide methodological guidance for case developers and teaching activities.

Researchers and faculties of GSOM SPbU cooperate steadily with NACRA, are constantly working on improving the skills of case authors, trying to follow the latest achievements in the field of creating and using cases.
