Within the framework of the Round Table No. 1 "The Presidential Program - an Instrument for the Development of Human Capital" (moderators: Director of the Federal Resource Center A. Bunkin and Head of the Program "Health Management" at GSOM SPbU Andrew Ivanov), the participants discussed the future of the Presidential Program. Its outlines:

• Inclusion of state civil servants in the target groups of the Presidential Program,
• increased attention to the training of managers of the social sphere,
• development and implementation of the format of regional development team projects.

In connection with the 20th anniversary of the implementation of the State plan for the training of managerial personnel for the organizations of the national economy of the Russian Federation, A.E. Ivanov was thanked by the Minister of Economic Development.
