On April 10-13, 2018, University of Edinburgh (Scotland) hosted XXII Annual Conference of the International Research Society for Public Management (IRSPM).
The conference was attended by more than 600 delegates presenting the results of their studies. Discussions about the current state and future of public administration were held in the classrooms of Edinburgh University, halls of Scottish Parliament, and National Museum of Scotland.
Within the work of the track on public procurement and public-private partnership, there were meetings of seven scientific sections. More than 20 reports were made, including a report by Andrew E. Ivanov (Deputy Director, GSOM SPbU Center for Public Private Partnership Studies) on the topic: "Suspicious ways to regulate of "suspicious procurement methods". The track was led by Graeme Hodge (Professor, Monash University, Australia), one of the largest scientific authorities in PPP studies, who plans to take part as a guest speaker at 5th International Research GSOM Emerging Markets Conference 2018. |
