On October 12^th the corporate program of training “University of General Director. 2^nd  Level” for PJSC “Rosneft” was finished in GSOM SPbU.

 

 

The program consisted of 2 educational modules including training of negotiation and digital transformation, a lecture of knowledge management, leadership and innovation, as well as the business game "Decision Base".

Within cooperation of GSOM SPbU, NOVA School of Business and Economics (Lisbon, Portugal) and PJSC Rosneft a course “Leadership and Innovation” was given by Milton de Sousa, professor of NOVA School of Business and Economics.

Participants of the program noted the high professionalism of the program professors and emphasized the importance of the business game Decision Base in the context of strategic planning for all divisions of organization.

GSOM SPbU has implemented the program “University of General Director. 2nd Level” for PJSC Rosneft the second time. 90 people from 50 constituent entities of Russian Federation have become graduates of the program since 2017.
