On October 26, the new cycle of the Executive Education Program “Project Management for Social Entrepreneurs” started. The program is developed by the PwC Center for Corporate Social Responsibility at GSOM SPbU.

 

 

The program exists for three years. During this period with the financial support from Citi Foundation 320 existing and potential social entrepreneurs from various regions of Russia participated in the program free of charge. In 2013, the program became the laureate of the “Impulse of Good” award of the Our Future Foundation in the nomination “For the Best Russian Educational Program in Social Entrepreneurship”.

This year, 35 social entrepreneurs, developing projects primarily in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region, will be trained in the program on-campus. The projects of the participants are aimed at supporting pensioners, people with disabilities, drug addicts, people who find themselves in a difficult life situation.

 

The program contains 5 modules:

Module 1. Basics of Social Entrepreneurship.

Module 2. Business Plan Development.

Module 3. Project Cost Management.

Module 4. Marketing and Sales in Social Entrepreneurship.

Module 5. Final Project (Business Plan Presentation).

 

The program graduates will obtain the official certificates of qualification upgrading. The Business Plan defense procedure is planned for February 2019.
