The corporate training program “University of General Director” for PJSC Rosneft was completed at GSOM SPbU. 

 

 

On November 30, the corporate training program “University of General Director” for PJSC Rosneft was completed at GSOM SPbU.

 

The third training program was launched at GSOM SPbU in October 2018, within a strategic partnership between Graduate School of Management SPbU and  PJSC Rosneft. 45 top managers from subsidiaries of PJSC Rosneft, from the Black see to the Kamchatka bay, completed the program. Managers of such companies as “RN-Yuganskneftegas” Ltd., PJSC “Orenburgneft”, JSC “ROSPAN International”, PJSC “Varyeganneftegas”, PSC “ANHK” and SJSC “TZK Sheremetevo”  were among the program participants.

 

The program consisted of three educational modules — “Actual challenges of external environment: effective strategy”, “Best management practices: effective company”, “Competencies of modern manager: effective management” including intensive auditorium lessons and distance learning.

 

In triangular cooperation GSOM SPbU, Portuguese NOVA School of Business and Economics and PJSC Rosneft the module “Finance for managers” was read by NOVA School of Business and Economics Professor Jorge Medeiros.

 

On November 30, the solemn ceremony of certificates presenting was led by program director, PhD, Olga Verkhovskaya. In addition to the certificates program graduates were presented plates with Saint-Petersburg views produced specially by the Imperial Porcelain Manufactory.
