September 30, 2019 at Graduate School of Management of St. Petersburg University, the new corporate program Leaders of the Future: Young Talents for Rosneft PJSC was launched.
The program is designed and implemented with the participation of the NOVA School of Business and Economics, University of Lisbon, Portugal. The program consists of 2 modules, each lasting one week and is aimed at education and development of young professionals within the company. The program is attended by 35 people — young employees included in the personnel reserve of the company who underwent a special internal selection.
The corporate program Leaders of the Future: Young Talents aims to increase personal effectiveness, identify and develop managerial competencies and develop skills for solving managerial problems.
Among the topics of the program are effective communications, psychology of success, leadership and innovation, personal effectiveness development, digital economy, trends and challenges of digital transformation and team management.
