On April 17, corporate educational program of advanced training “Academy for Managers” has started for the first time. The program was created in the framework of strategic partnership between GSOM SPbU and PJSC Rosneft.

 

 

Program participants are 42 Deputy General Directors and Heads of subsidiaries of PJSC Rosneft, including the largest oil refineries of the Russian Federation.

“Academy for Managers” includes three educational modules – “Competences of a contemporary leader”, “Effective company in the modern world” and “Strategic decision-making”. The first module covered such topics as "Effective communication", “Personal leader’s brand” and "Self-efficacy and Time management".

The program "Academy for Managers" is focused on formation and  development of managerial competencies such as: effective communication techniques, organizational infrastructure creation and modification and knowledge of the principles of management decisions in a volatile environment.
