40 Deputy General Directors and Heads of subsidiaries of PJSC Rosneftfrom over 20 regions of the Russian Federation handed over the certificates of professional development. The training program was attended by representatives of such enterprises as JSC Sakhalinmorneftegaz, JSC Tyumenneftegaz, JSC Rosnefteflot and other subsidiaries of the company.

 

 

The program "Academy for Managers " is focused on the formation and the development of managerial competencies of leaders of the company such as: possession of effective communication techniques, ability to create and modify organizational infrastructure, knowledge of the principles of management decisions in a volatile environment.

During the ceremony, graduates of the program were presented certificates of advanced training at Graduated School of Management and souvenirs produced specially by the Imperial Porcelain Manufactory.
