The Graduate School of Management of St. Petersburg University (GSOM), together with representatives of the GSOM Advisory Board, are developing a course on training line managers for corporations. The educational course will become one of the pilot projects as part of the updating of the Business School Strategy until 2025, one of the key tasks of which is to actively interact with the member companies of the Advisory Board in the training of qualified management personnel.
The course focuses on real business practices and uses a flexible approach that allows participants to combine study with their workload. It is conducted online and includes case studies and training in a business simulator, the and shares the experience of business experts. This will create a stable foundation for cultivating the growth of the employee as a young and promising team leader.
The Program includes:
interaction with employees depending on their characteristics and personality types;
the basics of team leadership;
the management of employee performance, motivation and development;
personal manager career development.
The main features of the course is a series of short videos with the stories of business experts about their “best” mistakes and solutions. The first participants will be 50 managers from the AFK Sistema company.
