On September 26, 2020, GSOM Family Global will hold an online meeting of the Graduate School of Management of St. Petersburg State University (GSOM SPbU) community.

 

Due to the current restrictions, the traditional GSOM Family Day is being transformed into the GSOM Family Global: this time, the online format will allow uniting alumni, students, and professors of GSOM SPbU located in different parts of the world on one online platform.

 

“Meetings of the GSOM Family in September have become a good tradition. And we are glad that despite the restrictions, the event will take place, and the online format will help attract alumni from all over the world to participate. We also take special attention to networking during the conference, for this we have chosen a special online platform. We hope that alumni and students will be able to exchange experience, discuss current trends in different business areas and get to know each other better,” said Ksenia Kolesnikova, Head of the Alumni Department.

 

As part of the business program of the conference, a central panel session on crisis management with representatives of large Russian companies, panel discussions on fintech, entrepreneurship and marketing moderated by GSOM SPBU faculty members, as well as debates, workshop on personal development and a separate session for alumni and MBA students will take place.

 

GSOM Family Global will offer opportunities for networking: participants will be able to tell about themselves, make appointments to meet each other right at the conference site and take part in random coffee online sets — one-on-one meetings with other conference participants.
