On November 16, 2020 at the Graduate School of Management of St. Petersburg State University (GSOM SPbU) at the 7th International Conference Emerging Markets-2020, experts will discuss knowledge management as a source for making decisions in the business process.
According to the leader of the track of expert making effective and efficient decisions in business, this is impossible without knowledge management practices that includes identification, creation, acquisition, distribution and sharing of intellectual capital. For a comprehensive study of this area, tools, methods and theories from various areas are used: from strategic planning, change management, business processes, to innovation, human resources, IT, etc. On this track, an expert will discuss decision-making to optimize working capital, the process of knowledge exchange in cross-functional teams in Russia and abroad, as well as the impact of the coronavirus on consumer behavior.
Researches from Russian, the Czech Republic, British and Indian Universities will take part in the Knowledge Management and Decision Making track.
The 7th International Conference Emerging Markets 2020: New Reality During and After COVID-19 will be held on November 11-18 at GSOM SPbU in an online format at the ZOOM platform. The conference is organized in partnership with The Academy of Business in Society (ABIS), a network of over 100 companies and academic institutions whose expertise and resources are used to invest in sustainable business development in society; Caux Round Table, an international organization of business leaders with a value-based approach to global capitalism; GEM&L, an international group of researchers focusing on language and communication in the business environment.
