Collaborations are the main path of strategic development of executive education (DPE) of the Graduate School of Management of St. Petersburg University (GSOM SPbU). This opinion was expressed by Leonid Vasilyev, Director, MBA and Executive Education Programmes, at a meeting of the Marketing and Strategic Development Committee of the Leningrad Regional Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LR CCI).
“Our partner companies currently have four key requests for the main areas of transformation — a person (manager, specialist), system (organization, business), team (employees, collective) and context (external environment). We help students choose the right business building models, develop creative thinking and expand their portfolio of competencies,” said Leonid Vasilyev.
One of the most recent successful examples of partnership is the Leaders of Change MBA program, a joint project of GSOM SPbU and Skillbox online university. The speaker emphasized that for the Business School this is not only an expansion of horizons and a transition to the online format, but also an opportunity to create high-quality products with key market players.
At the event, the participants discussed the trends that determine the development of Russian business education, the structure of the market and changes in consumer demands for training in marketing and strategic development.
