On November 12 and 13, 2020 at the Graduate School of Management of St. Petersburg State University (GSOM SPbU) at the 7th International Conference Emerging Markets-2020, experts in the field of human resource studies will discuss talent management, talent migration and the impact of talent diversity on firm performance, in the pandemic times as well.
“Current challenges push organizations to reconsider the role of human capital and talents. Managerial practices, such talent and diverse management, play a significant role in attraction, development and retention of diverse talent groups facilitating human capital inflows and outflows.,” said Track Leader, professor of Organizational Behavior and Personnel Management Marina Latukha.
As part of the track Human Capital, Talent and Diversity leading researchers will discuss the role of diversity and talent management during the pandemic time, and shed light on new human resource management agenda. Invited guest speakers are Snejina Michailova, University of Auckland Business School, Fabian Froese, University of Goettingen, and Svetla Marinova, Aalborg University.
The 7th International Conference Emerging Markets 2020: New Reality During and After COVID-19 will be held on November 11-18 at GSOM SPbU in an online format at the ZOOM platform. The conference is organized in partnership with The Academy of Business in Society (ABIS), a network of over 100 companies and academic institutions whose expertise and resources are used to invest in sustainable business development in society; Caux Round Table, an international organization of business leaders with a value-based approach to global capitalism; GEM&L, an international group of researchers focusing on language and communication in the business environment.
