On April 25, the training cycle began on the advanced training program “University of General Director. Level 2” for PJSC Rosneft.

 

 

33 PJSC Rosneft general directors from over 20 Russian regions started the training. They represent such enterprises as: LLC RN-Yuganskneftegaz, JSC RN-Nyaganneftegaz, JSC Tomskneft VNK and JSC Vostsibneftegaz.

The program includes 1 remote and 2 full-time modules. The remote module which students completed in Blackboard online learning system consisted of video lectures and training materials for self-study on the topic “Management by Objectives”.

Full-time modules are held in April and May. Participants learn more about the topics presented on the remote module and take part in the business game Celemi (Sweden). The first full-time module in the program is Decision Base (Celemi), a business game that simulates the process of companies' competition in a rapidly changing market environment and customer needs. Participants use strategic and operational planning, financial management, market and customer analysis. Due to the format of the game, participants acquire most of the skills in a practical way.

During the second full-time module, in the framework of cooperation between the GSOM SPbU and the School of Business and Economics NOVA, University of Lisbon, the course “Leadership and Innovations” will be led by Professor Milton de Souza. The course “Management of Digital Transformation” will be led by Olga Udovichenko.
