On April 18-19, at “Mikhailovskaya Dacha” campus Severstal & GSOM SPbU bootcamp will be held. Bootcamp is a collaboration between one of the largest metallurgical companies Severstal and GSOM SPbU within the framework of the transformation of management and educational practices. Participants will be able to work on solving business problems of Severstal in teams with the employees. Within two days, design thinking workshops and practical solutions development sessions will be organized for them. Basing on the results of the work, the organizers will select three best projects.  

 

Participants will have to solve the tasks of Severstal internal consulting center, an agile division that introduces the company's innovations. The main work tracks are: gamification, internal marketplace, promotion on YouTube and the creation of platform accelerator.

 

“At the moment, we plan that there will be 8 teams, and the winners will be chosen in three nominations: the most elaborated decision, the most practical one and the most creative one. The best projects will be chosen by Severstal,” said Angelina Ledovskaya, the head of the project.

 

Among the perks for students are: fast track on Severstal leadership program, development of design thinking skills, work with Severstal professionals, creation of innovative solution that Severstal will be able to implement in operational processes and the possibility to get feedback from company’s top managers.

 

Registration is opened until April 14 (23:59). On April 15, the list of participants will be announced.
