30 general directors of PJSC Rosneft from over 20 regions of the Russian Federation got their certificates of professional development. Among the enterprises there were such major representatives as LLC RN-Yuganskneftegaz, JSC RN-Nyaganneftegaz, JSC Tomskneft VNK, JSC Vostsibneftegaz.
The program included 1 distant module and 2 in-class modules:
• The distant module which students completed in the Blackboard online learning system consisted of video lectures and training materials for self-study on the topic “Management by Objectives”.
• At the classroom, students got deeper into the topics presented on the distant module and took part in the business game "Celemi" (Sweden).
The first in-class module within the program was Decision Base (Celemi), a business game that simulates the process of companies' competition and customer needs in a rapidly changing market environment. Participants used strategic and operational planning, financial management, market and customer analysis. In this case, most of the skills are acquired in a practical way, due to the unique format of the game.
At the second in-class module, in the framework of cooperation between GSOM SPbU and School of Business and Economics NOVA, University of Lisbon (Portugal), the course “Leadership and Innovations” was tought by Professor Milton de Souza. The course “Management of Digital Transformation” was tought by Olga Udovichenko.
